RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
For returns and exchanges, please email us or contact us. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We allow size exchanges if the requested size is available in stock. Please email or contact us to request an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@marinecave.com with your order number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days, but please allow 5-7 working days during busy periods or unforeseen delays.
We use Royal Mail and Evri as our primary couriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
we pay for postage on all items
